All Aircraft operating on the Airport shall be equipped with wheel brakes in <br /> proper working order. <br /> 4. Where taxiing Aircraft are converging,the Aircraft involved shall pass each <br /> other bearing to the right. <br /> 5. No Aircraft shall be taxied into or out of any hangar under its own power. <br /> 6. All Aircraft being taxied,towed,or otherwise moved on the Airport shall <br /> operate aircraft position lights in accordance with FAR Part 91 during the <br /> hours between sunset and sunrise. <br /> 5.04 ROTORCRAFT OPERATIONS RULES: <br /> In addition to all other Rules and Regulations contained herein, the following Rules shall <br /> apply to rotorcraft: <br /> a. Rotorcraft Aircraft shall follow traffic patterns published by the FAA,or as <br /> otherwise directed by the airport manager. <br /> b. Rotorcraft shall not be taxied,towed, or otherwise moved with rotors turning <br /> unless there is a clear area of at least 50 feet in all directions from the outer tips of <br /> the rotors. <br /> c. Rotorcraft Aircraft shall not be operated within 200 feet of any areas on the Airport <br /> where unsecured light Aircraft are parked. <br /> d. Rotorcraft shall not,during landing and takeoff,pass over any Airport building, <br /> structure, or auto parking area. <br /> 5.05 USE OF T-HANGARS AND STORAGE HANGARS: <br /> a. T-Hangars and Unit Storage Hangars shall not be used for any purpose that would <br /> constitute a nuisance or interfere in any way with the use and occupancy of other <br /> buildings and structures in the neighborhood of the leased premises. <br /> b.
