Any alterations are subject to removal by the City at tenant's expense,upon <br /> thirty(30)days written notice,for the purpose of repair, construction or other <br /> purposes deemed necessary by the City. <br /> d. No inflammable materials or refuse will be stored or allowed to accumulate in <br /> hangars, except tenant may store not more than twenty five(25)gallons of <br /> flammable fluids including a reasonable amount of Aircraft lubricants,within the <br /> premises,provided that any such storage be limited to NFPA approved containers, <br /> or unopened original containers. <br /> e. Aircraft are not to be washed with running water in hangars when such washing <br /> will cause drainage into or through another hangar. <br /> f. No paint spraying or spraying of any kind will be permitted. <br /> g. No tools,equipment, or material will be used in the hangars that could constitute a <br /> fire hazard. <br /> h. No smoking in T-Hangars and Aircraft unit storage hangars is permitted. <br /> i. Tenants will exercise reasonable care to keep oil,grease,etc. off the floor. <br /> j. No signs will be erected or painted on the exterior or interior of T-Hangars or <br /> Aircraft unit storage hangars. <br /> k. No Aircraft or Vehicle is to be parked by T-Hangars or unit storage hangars,in <br /> such a manner as to block access to adjoining hangar spaces,or to cause <br /> inconvenience to other tenants or taxiing aircraft. <br /> 1. The premises are for the private use of tenant and shall not be sublet for profit or <br /> used for any commercial purpose, including,but not by way of limitation,the sale <br /> of products or services of any kind,whether or not such sales are transacted for a <br /> profit. <br /> Airports-USA, Inc, AV C O N <br /> Rules and Regulations Page 37 <br />
