Y <br /> WHEREAS,the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills has determined that it is ` <br /> in the best interest of the citizens of the City of Zephyrhills to enact an Ordinance <br /> granting to FSN Cable, Inc., (FSN) a renewal of its franchise to provide cable television T —" <br /> within the city limits of the City of Zephyrhills to enable the City of Zephyrhills to <br /> exercise its full authority to act under and in a manner consistent with, the Cable Act and <br /> the FCC rules and regulations promulgated for the implementation thereof and state law; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS,this Ordinance is to be construed and interpreted in accordance with <br /> the provisions of the Cable Act and FCC rules and regulations and state law; and <br /> WHEREAS, this Ordinance is to authorize a franchise to FSN for Cable <br /> • <br /> Television Systems and services only, and that any other communications systems and <br /> services provided through use of the City's public ways must be authorized pursuant to <br /> a separate ordinance governing said services or other authorization of the City of <br /> Zephyrhills; and <br /> WHEREAS, this Ordinance shall only be affective upon FSN.
