Irrigation is prohibited between the hours of 9:00 a.m., through 5:00 p.m., on permitted days and is prohibited at all times on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays. iv. The washing of automobiles, trucks, trailers, mobile homes, campers, boats, or any other type of motor vehicle or equipment, except at a business enterprise established for such purpose or to preserve public health, shall be prohibited. ix. Hosing down of porches, sidewalks, driveways and other hard surfaces, except for health and safety reasons, is prohibited. 2. The rules, regulations, and orders promulgated from time to time by the County which are more stringent than the provisions of this Ordinance are hereby adopted by reference and made parts hereof and shall be subject to the same enforcement and penalty provisions of this Ordinance. SECTION 2: Any law enforcement officer and any City personnel designated by the City Manager, or his designee,which have received training in the issuance of citations or notices of violation, shall be authorized to enforce the restrictions set forth in this Ordinance. Such personnel shall be known as "Code Enforcement Officers". Any person who violates the provisions of this Ordinance shall first receive a warning and thereafter receive a citation in writing. A violation of this Ordinance for which a citation is issued shall be punishable by a fine for the first offense in the amount of$35.00 and for repeat offenses in an amount not exceeding $500.00.
