Proposed City Future Land Use: Residential. Larry Kirkpatrick and Cathy Kirkpatrick, his wife, which parcel contains approximately 17,996.25 square feet and is located at the Southwest intersection of Eiland Boulevard and US 301. Proposed City Future Land Use: Commercial. James H Mahoney and Caro R Mahoney, his wife, which parcel contains approximately 17,996.25 square feet and is located at the Southwest intersection of Eiland Boulevard and US 301. Proposed City Future Land Use: Commercial, James D.Haycox,which parcel contains approximately 17,996.25 square feet and is located at the Southwest intersection of Eiland Boulevard and US 301. Proposed City Future Land Use: Commercial, Scott E. Sanders,which parcel contains approximately 17,996.25 square feet and is located at the Southwest intersection of Eiland Boulevard and US 301. Proposed City Future Land Use: Commercial. Pasco County, a political subdivision, which right-of-way contains approximately .46 and is located at the Southwest intersection of Eiland Boulevard and US 301. Smith Cattle and Groves,Inc., which parcel contains approximately 8.31 acres and is located at the North side of Eiland Boulevard and East of Silver Oaks. Proposed City Future Land Use: Residential.
