Hayco, and <br /> Scott E. Sanders, real property described above and Pasco County's right-of-way wasannex d by <br /> the City and incorporated within the municipal boundaries of the City of Zephyrhills; real proerty <br /> described in Exhibit"B", as Parcel "A" "B" "C" "D" and "E" is attached hereto and by this reference <br /> incorporated herein and made a part thereof; and <br /> WHEREAS,by City of Zephyrhills Ordinance No.: 716 ,Smith Cattle and Groves, Inc., , <br /> real property described above was annexed by the City and incorporated within the-municipal <br /> boundaries of the City of Zephyrhills; real;property described in Exhibit "C" attached-hereto d by <br /> this reference incorporated herein and made a part thereof; and <br /> WHEREAS,the Zephyrhills City Council has requested the Zephyrhills Planning Commis ion, <br /> as the local planning agency of the City, to recommend inclusion of these properties in the ity's <br /> Comprehensive Plan; and <br /> WHEREAS, based on the recommendation of the Planning Commission'to the Zephyr ' is <br /> City Council, said Council has prepared a small scale amendment to the City's Comprehensive Plan <br /> and is hereby transmitting it'to the Department of Community Affairs and;such.other agenci s as <br /> required by Section 163.3184, Florida Statutes; and <br /> WHEREAS,the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills desires to thereby formally adopt the <br /> small scale amendment to the City's Comprehensive Plan. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills,Florida, as follows: <br /> SECTION 1: .The following small scale amendments to the Comprehensive Plan of the City <br /> of Zephyrhills are hereby proposed: <br /> (a) All maps depicting land use, traffic circulation, public facilities, recreational sites, and <br /> housing have been amended to include, show and depict the annexed properties described above. <br /> Copies of the maps as hereby amended are attached as Exhibit "D" to this Ordinance and are hereby <br /> incorporated by reference. <br /> (b) All necessary data and analyses with references to the annexed properties are included <br /> with Exhibit "A";Exhibit"B";Exhibit"C" and Exhibit "D". All prior reviews of these properties are <br /> included and labeled Exhibit "E". <br /> SECTION 2: All goals, objectives, policies and other planning provisions applicable to <br /> properties within the City of Zephyrhills as shown and set forth in the Comprehensive Plan of the City <br /> of Zephyrhills are hereby expressly made applicable and pertinent to the properties described on <br /> Exhibit "A";Exhibit "B" and Exhibit "C". <br /> SECTION3: The above small scale amendment shall be forwarded to the State of Florida, <br /> Department of Community Affairs for their appropriate review and comment. <br /> SECTION 4: The provisions of this Ordinance are severable, and if any section, senter_ce, <br /> clause, or phrase is for any reason held to be unconstitutional, invalid, or ineffective, this holding shall <br /> not affect the validity of the remaining portions of the Ordinance, it being expressly declared to be <br /> the City Council's intent that it would have passed the valid portions of this Ordinance without the <br />
