Any person who violates the provisions of this <br /> Ordinance upon a finding of guilt by a court of- competent <br /> jurisdiction, shall be subject to a fine ,of not more ,than <br /> $500 .00 or by imprisonment for a term of" not exceeding <br /> sixty (60) days or by both such fine and imprisonment. <br /> 6. LEGAL NOTICE. <br /> That this Ordinance shall be published . -in --the; local <br /> newspaper for four (4) consecutive weeks- and that proof <br /> of publication of this Ordinance shall be filed herein. <br /> 7. PROOF OF PUBLICATION & ADOPTION. <br /> That upon the filing of the Proof of -Publication and <br /> final adoption of this Ordinance, a copy of same shall <br /> be filed with the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Pasco County, <br /> Florida and a copy will be forwarded to the Department <br /> of State, Tallahassee, Florida. <br /> 8.
