51kl& <br /> ff C" U <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 536 <br /> AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ZEPHYRHILLS, FLORIDA, A MUNICIPAL <br /> CORPORATION, AMENDING THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN TO INCLUDE <br /> ADDITIONAL TERRITORY, AMEND MAPS THEROF, PROVIDE INTERNAL <br /> CONSISTENCY AND ADDITIONAL POLICIES, GOALS AND OBJECTIVES AS <br /> REQUIRED BY FLORIDA STATUTE AND IN ACCORDANCE THEREOF. <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Zephyrhills, Florida, is amending the <br /> Comprehensive Plan of said City, to include tracts of land <br /> annexed into the corporate limits of the City of Zephyrhills, <br /> upon the petition of its owners, with said parcels and owners <br /> itemized below: <br /> 1. Tom Ed Oakley, which tract contains approximately 24. 71 <br /> acres and is located at the southwest corner of Highway 301 and <br /> Pretty Pond Road; <br /> 2 . Tom Ed Oakley, which tract contains approximately 2 . 5 <br /> acres and is located at the southeast corner of Daughtery Road <br /> and Dairy Road; <br /> 3 . Dimension 1, which tract is located on the west side of <br /> Court Street at C Avenue, and is comprised of approximately 5 <br /> acres; and <br /> 4 . Herman Heinlein, which tract consists of approximately 6 <br /> acres and fronts on Sixth Avenue Extension; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City also is amending certain maps of said <br /> comprehensive plan to include , show, and depict said annexed <br /> properties; proving that all goals, objectives, policies, and <br /> other planning provisions applicable to properties in the <br /> Comprehensive Plan shall pertain and be applicable to the annexed <br /> properties ; providing that invalidity of any portion shall not <br /> affect the remaining portions of this Ordinance; and providing <br /> for an effective date ; and <br /> WHEREAS, by City of Zephyrhills Ordinances 521, 510, 513 and <br /> 512 respectively, the above-described real properties were <br /> annexed by the City and incorporated within the municipal <br /> boundaries of the City of Zephyrhills: real property more fully <br /> described in that certain document labeled Exhibit "A" , dated <br /> • March 1, 1991 and forwarded to the Division of Community <br /> sj <br /> Ira Affairs. For purposes of this Ordinance, said document is <br /> incorporated by reference and made a part hereof; and <br /> Recor.d::and Return'to:: O.R. 2005 PAGE 1941 <br /> City Clerk's Office ` <br /> 5335 8th :Street <br /> Zephyrhills, FL: 3354.'0 . <br />
