n/ //�'aJ/ ORDINANCE NO. 432 <br />/4ti <br /> 1Ze 1 P°1//S AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ZEPHRYHILLS TO BE KNOWN <br /> AS THE "CITY OF ZEPHRYHILLS SUBDIVISION ORDINANCE" , <br /> / 7.00 ESTABLISHING PURPOSE, PROVIDING DEFINITIONS , <br /> PROVIDING FOR ADMINISTRATION AND ENFORCEMENT, <br /> ESTABLISHING MINIMUM DESIGN STANDARDS , PROVIDING <br /> /9.5) FOR GRANTING OF VARIANCES , REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES <br /> OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH. <br /> Be it ordained by the City Council of the City of <br /> Zephryhills , sitting in regular session as follows : <br /> 1 . PURPOSE: Establishing and administering subdivision <br /> regulations is necessary to coordinate development of land <br /> uses in the City of Zephyrhills for the purpose of protecting <br /> and improving the public health, safety and general welfare. <br /> This ordinance, together with a document entitled <br /> "Subdivision Regulations of the City of Zephryhills" , dated <br /> October 12 , 1987 , which is hereby adopted and made a part <br /> hereof by reference, shall be known as "The City of <br /> Zephyrhills Subdivision Ordinance" . In interpreting and <br /> applying the provisions of this ordinance, they shall be held <br /> to be minimum requirements for the promotion of health, <br /> safety and the general welfare of the City and its citizens . <br /> It is not intended by this ordinance to interfere with or <br /> abrogate or annul any rules or regulations previously adopted <br /> or permits previously issued by the City which are not in <br /> conflict with any provisions of this ordinance , nor is it <br /> intended by this ordinance to interfere with or abrogate or <br /> annul any easement , covenants , building restrictions or other <br /> agreements between parties ; provided however , that where this <br /> ordinance imposes a greater restriction upon the use of <br /> lands , or requires a larger open space than is imposed or <br /> required by such ordinances , rules , regulations or permits , <br /> or by easements , covenants , building restrictions or <br /> agreements , the provisions of this ordinance shall control . <br /> 2 . DEFINITIONS , ADMINISTRATION AND ENFORCEMENT, DESIGN <br /> STANDARDS., VARIANCES: A document entitled "Subdivision <br /> Regulations of the City of Zephyrhills" originally adopted <br /> October 12 , 1987 is hereby adopted by reference.
