City Council and date of adoption by this ordinance or subsequent amendment . 3 . ENFORCEMENT: A. The Zephyrhills Building Official shall be in charge of administration and enforcement of the Subdivision Regulations and shall issue or cause to be issued notices of correction to any person in violation of this ordinance. B. Any person who violates the provisions of this ordinance, upon a finding of guilty by a court of jurisdiction shall be subject to a fine of not more than Five Hundred Dollars ($500 .00) or a term of imprisonment not to exceed sixty (60) days . 4. REPEAL OF CONFLICTING ORDINANCES AND/OR REGULATIONS OF THE CITY OF ZEPHYRHILLS : All previously adopted ordinances or regulations of the City of Zephyrh1_11s - conflicting with this ordinance and/or referenced regulations: are hereby repealed. 5. VALIDITY: If any section, part of a section; paragraph, sentence, clause, phrase or word of this ordinance is , for any reason, held or declared to be unconstitutional , inoperative, or void, such holding of invalidity shall not affect the remaining portions of this ordinance and it shall be construed to have been the intent to pass this ordinance without such unconstitutional , invalid, or inoperative par;t. therein. 6 . CONFLICTING REGULATIONS : This ordinance shall be . construed to have the effect of repealing any existing ordinances and/or resolution concerning the subject matter contained herein and which is in conflict herewith. 7 . PRIOR APPROVED SUBDIVISIONS : Subdivisions forwhich preliminary or final plans were approved prior to the effective date of this ordinance may be developed and completed according to the pre-existing requirements for subdivisions . - . 8 .
