CONTINUOUS . <br /> It shall be unlawful for any person to construct or <br /> build within the city limits any type building in which <br /> pillars are to be used for the foundations for such <br /> building . Any foundation or support used for any <br /> building shall be a continuous foundation , as contrasted <br /> to the separate pillar type which is hereby specifically <br /> prohibited . <br /> 6 .4 FENCES, WALLS AND HEDGES . <br /> ( a) Definitions .
