<br /> extent such provisions pertain to utility operations ` in,.

<br /> SECTION 4 . EXISTING UTILITIES . All water,
<br /> sanitary sewer or garbage and trash collection utilities
<br /> and fire protection systems existing or being exercised
<br /> within the extended area shall become subject to this
<br /> ordinance and its amendments and to such- regulations , rules ' '
<br /> and procedures pursuant thereto .
<br /> SECTION 5 . OBJECTIONS . Any objections to any pro-
<br /> visions of this ordinance shall be filed in writing with the
<br /> City. Manager of the City of Zephyrhills , Florida, and a hear-
<br /> ing shall be held within thirty days after the passage of this
<br /> ordinance by the City Council of Zephyrhills , Florida.
<br /> SECTION 6 . ADOPTION OF CHAPTER 180 , FLORIDA.,
<br /> STATUTES , IN EXTENSO . •
<br /> All powers , responsibilities and obligations set forth iri __._� ,
<br /> said Chapter 180 , Florida Statutes , are hereby adopted by
<br /> the City Council of Zephyrhills , Florida, to the same extent
<br /> as though set forth herein in extenso .
<br /> SECTION 7 . All laws , ordinances, parts of ordinances
<br /> C %
<br /> in conflict herewith be, and the same are hereby repealed. 6%'
<br /> SECTION 8. In the event any portionof this ordinance U.,
<br /> shall be found to be invalid by any Court of competent juris-
<br /> diction such holding shall not effect any other portion of this
<br /> ordinance not dependent thereon for meaning.
<br /> SECTION 9 . This ordinance shall take effect immediately
<br /> upon its becoming law. -
<br /> The foregoing Ordinance No . 285 was read and
<br /> -
<br /> passed on its first reading by the City Council of the City of
<br /> _ ,--- 'Zep- .yrhills , Florida, on the loth day of July , 1978 .
