47 <br /> SECTION 4. To accomplish the purpose in SECTION 3 , the <br /> Airport Zoning District shall be established. Said District shall <br /> be composed of five Sub-Districts in compliance with the adopted <br /> AIRPORT MASTER PLAN and in conformance with the CITY of ZEPHYRHILLS <br /> COMPREHENSIVE PLAN. The five Sub-Districts are the following : <br /> (1) A - P 1 : Restricted Air Oriented Sub-District . <br /> (a) PERMITTED USES : <br /> 1 . Airport runways , taxiways , clear zones , <br /> buffer areas ;. <br /> 2 . Airport terminals and aprons ; <br /> 3 . Structures or equipment directly <br /> CO related to 1 and 2 ; and <br /> CO 4. Utilities . <br /> ict <br /> O (b) DEVELOPMENT REQUIREMENTS : <br /> Q 1. As set forth in this Ordinance for <br /> all A-P Sub-Districts . <br /> (2) A - P 2 : Air Oriented Sub-District <br /> (a) PERMITTED USES : <br /> 1 . Maintenance and support facilities for <br /> aircraft and airport activities ; <br /> 2 .. Parking areas for aircraft and other <br /> motor vehicles ; <br /> 3 . Industries requiring runway access ; <br /> 4. Planned Unit Developments , limited to <br /> uses permitted only; <br /> 5 . . Customary accessory structures or uses <br /> for airport activities ; <br /> c <br /> 6 . Parks and open space uses ; and <br /> 7 . Utilities . <br /> (b) DEVELOPMENT REQUIREMENTS : <br /> 1 . As set forth for all A-P Sub-Districts , <br /> if applicable . <br /> 2 . For industrial uses , : compliance also <br /> with requirements in Section XIII , <br /> (c) (2) , (d) , (e) • <br /> (3) A - P 3 : Light Industrial Sub-District <br /> (a) PERMITTED USES : <br /> 1 . Wholesale establishments ; <br /> 2 . Warehousing; <br /> OIL 1128 PG 0555 <br />
