Article 18, Recording <br /> 18.1 Recording of Agreement <br /> Tenant shall not record any part of this Lease Agreement on the Public Records of any public office located in the <br /> municipality, county or state where this Lease Agreement has been executed or where the Leased Premises are <br /> located. In the event that Tenant does record any pa.rt of this Lease Agreement on the Public Records of any <br /> public office described above, Landlord may, at its option, immediately treat such recording as a breach of this <br /> agreement by Tenant, terminate this Rental Agreement unilaterally and immediately, and shall be entitled to all <br /> rights and remedies provided under this agreement,by law or in equity. <br /> Article 19,Miscellaneous <br /> 19.1 Waiver <br /> The waiver by Landlord of any breach of any term, covenant or condition herein contained shall not be deemed to <br /> be a waiver of any other terms, covenants or conditions herein or any subsequent breach of the same or any other <br /> such terms, covenants or conditions herein contained. The acceptance of Rent by Landlord subsequent to a breach <br /> of any term, covenant, or condition conta.ined herein shall not be deemed a waiver of any such previous breach by <br /> Landlord of any term, covenant, or condition of this lease Agreement, other that the failure of the Tenant to pay <br /> the particular rent so accepted, whether or not the Landlord had knowledge of such previous breach at the time of <br /> acceptance of such Rent. No covenant, term or condition of this Lease Agreement shall be deemed to ha�e been <br /> waived by Landlord unless Landlord has provided Tenant a waiver of the breach in writing. <br /> 19.2 Accord and Satisfaction <br /> No payment by Tenant or receipt by Landlord of any amount less than the Rent herein stipulated shall be deemed <br /> to be other tha.n on that account of the earliest stipulated Rent, nor shall any endorsement or statement on any <br /> check or in any letter accompanying any check or payment as Rent be deemed an accord and satisfaction, and <br /> Landlord may accept such check or payment without prejudice to Landlord's right to recover the balance of such <br /> Rent or subsequent Rent or pursue any other reinedy provided in this Lease or otherwise provided under the law <br /> 19.3 Enfire Agreement <br /> This Lease and any E�ibits attached hereto and forming a pert hereof set forth all the covenants, promises, <br /> agreements, and understandings between Landlord and Tenant concerning the Leased Premises and there are no <br /> covenants,promises, agreements, conditions or understandings, either oral or written, express or unplied,between <br /> the parties other that herein set forth. Except as herein otherwise provided, no subsequent alteration, amendment, <br /> change or addition to this Lease Agreement shall be binding upon either Landlord or tenant unless reduced to <br /> Writing and signed by all the parties to this agreement. <br /> 19.4 IVotices <br /> Any notice, demand, request, payment, correspondence, or other instr�unent which may be or is required to be <br /> given under this Lease Agreement shall be either delivered in person or sent by United Sta.tes certified mail, <br /> postage prepaid, return receipt requested, and shall be addressed if(a)to Tenant at the Leased Premises or at such <br /> other address or location as the Tenant may designate from time to time by written notice, or (b) to Landlord at <br /> 40421 Chancey Road, Suite A, Zephyrhills, Florida 33542, or at such other address or location as the Landlord <br /> may designate from time to time by written notice. <br />' <br />
