Troyer,Trustee of the Darvin W.Troyer Revocable Trust UTD 6-24-04&Ruth Ann <br /> Troyer,Trustee of the Ruth Ann Troyer Revocable Trust UTD 6-24-04,hereinafter called the Owner. <br /> In consideration of the mutual covenant set forth below, Contractor and Owner agree as <br /> follows: <br /> 1. Contractor shall perform construction services,through contract plans and specifications as <br /> provided herein called the Contract Documents,to the following address: <br /> 5203 17"' St.Zephryhills FL 335442 <br /> 2. Owner agrees to pay Contractor for the described work the total sum of all costs associated <br /> with the construction of this residence of$149,350. All"costs"are defined as dollars expended <br /> for the hard construction costs of the work and materials. <br /> 3. The Owner shall make progress payments weekly to Contractor to cover costs for the prior <br /> week. <br /> 4. Contractor shall deliver to the Owner at the time of final payment a complete release of all <br /> liens rising out of the contract herein covering all labor,materials and equipment for which <br /> a lien could be filed. <br /> 5. Work under this contract shall begin within five (5) days receipt of building permit and <br /> recordation and posting of Notice of Commencement by Owner, as required by Fla. Stats. <br />
