Development shall be in accordance with the application, plans and information <br /> submitted by the Applicant unless otherwise stipulated or modified herein. <br /> 2. That the parcel located at 5622 11th Street,Zephyrhills,FL 33542 is hereby rezoned <br /> to PUD subject to the structure being reconfigured into four(4) 750 SF apartments contingent on <br /> complete submission of plans as directed by paragraph 1. above. <br /> 4. That the parcel located at 5630 11`x' Street, Zephyrhills, FL 33542 hereby rezoned <br /> to PUD contingent on complete submission of plans as directed by paragraph 1. above. <br /> 5. Construction plans shall provide full details concerning the development of the <br /> interior and exterior of the two parcels subject to this ordinance. <br /> 6.
