Replacement Kit: Provide a replacement kit package which shall include all replacement parts as <br /> directed by the Engineer and as required by CMS and NFPA 110. <br /> PART 3 -EXECUTION <br /> 3.1 GENERAL <br /> A. Miscellaneous Requirements: Provide the following: <br /> 1 Equipment nameplate. <br /> 2 Operating manual (5 copies). <br /> 3 Parts list(5 copies). <br /> 4 Special tools (as required). <br /> 5 Lubricants (6 months supply). <br /> 6 As-built shop drawings (5 sets). <br /> 7 Services of a Manufacturer's Representative, minimum ten (10) days. <br /> 3.2 PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE PROGRAM REQUIREMENT <br /> A. General: The manufacturer of the Power Generation System equipment shall develop a <br /> computerized preventative maintenance program. Specific recommendations for actual equipment <br /> application shall be made for a computerized program based on operating hours and/or elapsed time. <br /> The preventative maintenance recommendations shall be submitted with the shop drawings. <br /> B. On-site Replacement Parts: The Generator shall be shipped with replacement kits of all field <br /> replaceable components as require by code. Kits shall be given to the Owner's Representative and shall <br /> be stored on site as required. <br /> . 3.3 SYSTEM SERVICE CONTRACT <br /> A. General: The supplier of the power system must provide a copy of and make available to the <br /> Owner his standard service contract which, at the Owner's option, may be accepted or refused. This <br /> contract shall accompany any documents, drawings, catalog cuts, specification sheet,wiring or outline <br /> drawings, etc. submitted for acceptance to the designing engineer. <br /> 3.4 REMOTE ANNUNCIATION <br /> A. General: All necessary relays and wiring shall be provided by the generator system supplier for <br /> remote annunciation for the generator; <br /> 1. Normal power on/off. <br /> 2. Main breaker open/closed. <br /> 3. Generator running. <br /> 4. Pre-alarm trouble on generator. <br /> 5. Generator trouble shutdown. <br /> 6. Emergency system operating. <br /> 7. Diesel fuel low level. <br /> 8. Refer to table within this spec for additional items <br /> 3.5 FACTORY TESTING <br /> A. General: Perform factory tests prior to shipment. Include the following; <br /> 1. Demonstrate proper operation of all safety devices. <br /> 2.
