However, we have a few minor items to complete the review and approval of the plans. <br /> In regards to the "Street Tree Plan",you still failed to darken the trees (indicating you will install & plant them) abutting <br /> the Storm Drainage Structure on sheets 84-85 and if you refer to Section 7.06.04.01 of the Land Development Code,you <br /> will see that you are required to provide landscape buffering and screening around the entire project site (regardless of <br /> this future Dairy Road factor).Therefore, we need you to correct this error. In addition,you still failed to provide correct <br /> information in the "LDC Min. Replacement" row of the Overall Removal/Replacement Tree Calculations tables on sheets <br /> 84-87, but we do recognize you are proposing to provide replacement trees over the "correct" required amount (and <br /> will be after adding the ones abutting the Storm Drainage Structure).Therefore,we need you to correct this <br /> information. <br /> In regards to the Zephyr Lakes Residential Design Guidelines, we will need to meet with the Builders prior to them <br /> submitting for permits.Therefore, we need you: <br /> 1) To provide us with the appropriate Builders' contact information <br /> 2) To inform them that they will need to meet with both the Planning and Building Departments along with <br /> providing them the design guidelines <br /> In regards to the pending items involving the County: <br /> 1) Pedestrian Crossing Treatment on Kossik Road <br /> a. Detail regarding the alternating flashing lights between the W11-2 and W16-713 signs (as <br /> provided in image via email from 9/28/2018) is missing and thus, needs to be provided <br /> 2) Kossik Road connection to Wire Road <br /> a. Engineering & Design of the segment from Zephyr Lakes Road to Wire Road will need to be <br /> completed within an appropriate time prior to the construction completion date of December <br /> 31, 2022 <br /> b. Construction Plans for that segment will need to be provided for approval within an appropriate <br /> time prior to the construction completion date <br /> L Entry Water Features at intersection of Kossik Road &Wire Road (as discussed) will need to <br /> be included <br /> 3) Wire Road <br /> a. Section 7.02.02.02 of the Land Development Code warrants a plan and profile for the entirety of <br /> Wire Road along the property boundary,which will be brought up in conversation with the <br /> County <br /> Furthermore,we conducted a site visit and observed trees being removed without a tree removal application and fee <br /> being submitted.Therefore,you need to submit a tree removal application and fee ($100). <br /> 11 <br />
