The zoning <br />designation is hereby changed from County C2 to City C2 (Community Commercial). <br />SECTION 4: All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby <br />repealed to the extent of such conflict. <br />SECTION 5: The provisions of this Ordinance shall become and be made part of the <br />Code of Ordinances and Land Development Code of the City of Zephyrhills, Florida.
