The zoning <br />designation is hereby changed from County C2 to City C2 (Community Commercial). <br />SECTION 4: All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby <br />repealed to the extent of such conflict. <br />SECTION 5: The provisions of this Ordinance shall become and be made part of the <br />Code of Ordinances and Land Development Code of the City of Zephyrhills, Florida. The <br />sections of this Ordinance may be renumbered or re -lettered and the word "ordinance" may be <br />changed to "section," "article," or such other appropriate word or phrase in order to accomplish <br />such. <br />SECTION 6: That if any section, sentence, clause, or phrase of this ordinance is held <br />to be invalid or unconstitutional by a court of competent jurisdiction, then said holding shall in <br />no way affect the validity of the remaining portions of this ordinance. <br />SECTION 7: This Ordinance shall become effective upon passage on the second <br />reading and signing by the Mayor, which shall occur within 180 days after receipt of the state <br />land planning agency's report. <br />The fgi-c &biiggrdinance No. 1464-23 was read and passed on the first reading in an open and <br />regular meeting �fhe City Council of the City of Zephyrhills, Florida, on this 13' day of <br />N(lvember, 2023. <br />EAttest: - <br />r Lori L.
