<br />UTILITY COORDINATION
<br />1. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL NOTIFY ALL UTILITIES NEAR THE PROJECT AREA AT LEAST 48 HOURS PRIOR TO
<br />CONSTRUCTION. THIS SHALL INCLUDE NOTIFYING "SUNSHINE STATE ONE CALL OF FLORIDN AT LEAST 48 HOURS
<br />PRIOR TO ANY EXCAVATION WORK TO HAVE ALL EXISTING UTILITIES LOCATED. THE PHONE NUMBER IS
<br />14KO432.4770 AND THE WEB SITE IS WWW.CALLSUNSHINE.COM. IN INSTANCES WHERE DIGGING OCCURS IN
<br />WETLANDS, THE NOTIFICATION PERIOD SHALL BE INCREASED FROM AT LEAST 48 HOURS TO AT LEAST 10 DAYS.
<br />2. FLORIDA LAW (FS 553.851) REQUIRES THAT PERSONS MAKING EXCAVATIONS IN PUBLIC STREETS, ALLEYS,
<br />RIGHT-OF-WAYS OR UTILITY EASEMENTS MUST FIRST OBTAIN INFORMATION ON LOCATIONS OF UNDERGROUND

<br />OTHER UTILITIES IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE TYPICAL UTILITY HORIZONTAL SEPARATION DETAIL AND FDEP
<br />REQUIREMENTS.
<br />2. AT LOCATIONS WHERE A PROPOSED UTILITY CROSSES ANOTHER UTILITY, THE PROPOSED UTILITY SHALL BE
<br />INSTALLED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE TYPICAL UTILITY CONFLICT DETAIL AND FDEP REQUIREMENTS.
