The information on the drawings is as exact as could be secured, absolute accuracy is not guaranteed, <br />and the g.c. shall obtain exact locations, measurements, levels, etc. and shall satisfactorily adapt his <br />work to the actual field conditions. do not scale prints. verify all questionable dimensions with the <br />designer prior to commencing work. <br />8. Items noted as "by owner" are to be coordinated with owner and purchased and installed by contractor. <br />9. All subcontractors shall be responsible for obtaining permits for their respective scopes of work prior to <br />construction. <br />10. A permit issued shall be construed <br />to be a license to proceed with the work and not <br />as authority to violate, cancel, alter, or set aside <br />any of the provisions of the technical codes, nor <br />shall issuance of a permit prevent the building <br />official from thereafter requiring a correction of <br />errors in plans, construction, or violations of this <br />code.These documents are not in final form, but <br />are being transmitted to public agencies to receive <br />agency reviews, comments and interpretations.
