SUBMIT THREE COPIES OF REQUEST FOR SUBSTITUTION FOR <br />CONSIDERATION. LIMIT EACH REQUEST TO ONE PROPOSED <br />SUBSTITUTION. <br />2. SUBMIT SHOP DRAWINGS, PRODUCT DATA, AND CERTIFIED <br />TEST RESULTS ATTESTING TO THE PROPOSED PRODUCT <br />EQUIVALENCE. BURDEN OF PROOF IS ON PROPOSER. <br />3.
