<br />12. PROJECT SITE TO BE VISITED PRIOR TO SUBMITTAL OF BID. SCOPE OF WORK TO BE ESTABLISHED FROM CONSTRUCTION
<br />DOCUMENTS AND ACTUAL PROJECT SITE VISIT. ANY OMISSIONS, DISCREPANCIES OR CLARIFICATIONS ARE TO BE BROUGHT
<br />TO THE IMMEDIATE ATTENTIONS OF THE OWNER. FAILURE TO PERFORM IN THIS MANNER DOES NOT ALLOW FOR ADDITIONAL
