IF COST IS INCURRED DUE TO STICKING OF <br />PANELS, IT WILL BE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CONTRACTOR TO PAY FOR THIS <br />AT NO ADDITIONAL COST TO HOBBY LOBBY. EQUIPMENT <br />SHALL COMPLY WITH LENNOX, HOBBY LOBBY, AND NATIONAL/LOCAL CODE <br />INSTALLATION CRITERIA. <br />• ANY EXISTING HEATING AND COOLING EQUIPMENT BEING USED ON THE BUILDING <br />IS TO BE INSPECTED USING THE HOBBY LOBBY CHECKLIST SHEET AT THE START <br />OF THE CONSTRUCTION PROJECT (WITHIN 2 WEEKS) AND A DETAILED LIST OF <br />REPAIRS ALONG WITH AN ESTIMATE SENT TO HOBBY LOBBY FOR EVALUATION BY <br />THE H.V.A.C. MANAGER. UPON NOTIFICATION OF BID ACCEPTANCE, CONTRACTOR <br />HAS 2 WEEKS TO INSPECT ALL EXISTING H.V.A.C. EQUIPMENT, NOT BEING <br />REPLACED, AND SUBMIT AN EVALUATION REPORT AND BID FOR REPAIRS TO G.C. <br />EVALUATION MUST BE RECORDED IN FULL ON A HOBBY LOBBY EQUIPMENT <br />EVALUATION FORM. FAILURE TO DO SO MAY AFFECT RETAINAGE IF ANOTHER <br />CONTRACTOR MUST BE CALLED IN TO PERFORM THIS TASK.
