<br />GENERAL
<br />SCOPE: THE INTENT OF THE SPECIFICATIONS AND THE DRAWINGS IS TO PROVIDE
<br />COMPLETE AND FULLY OPERATIONAL SYSTEMS. FURNISH AND INSTALL ALL LABOR,
<br />MATERIAL AND EQUIPMENT NECESSARY TO COMPLETE THE WORK.
<br />SITE EXAMINATION: THOROUGHLY EXAMINE ALL AREAS WHERE EQUIPMENT, DUCTWORK
<br />AND PIPING WILL BE INSTALLED, AND REPORT ANY CONDITION THAT, IN THE
<br />CONTRACTOR'S OPINION, PREVENTS THE PROPER INSTALLATION OF THE WORK.
<br />STANDARDS: EQUIPMENT AND MATERIALS SHALL CONFORM WITH APPROPRIATE

<br />PERMITS AND FEES: CONTRACTOR(S) SHALL PROCURE AND PAY FOR ALL PERMITS, FEES

<br />WARRANTY: CONTRACTOR(S) SHALL UNCONDITIONALLY WARRANT ALL WORK TO BE FREE
