This single family dwelling is to the 6th Edition (2011) FEBC (Florida Building Code), Alteration <br />level 2 requirements. Construction shall comply with local Countg and state agencies. <br />2. All openings around walls, partitions, pipes, ducts, conduits etc., shall be sealed fully <br />and sound proofed with sealants of type for application. <br />3. Painting- All surfaces shall be properly prepared and cured to manufacturer's <br />instruction prior to painting.
