ALL PRIVATE AND PUBLIC PROPERTY AFFECTED BY THIS WORK SHALL BE RESTORED TO A CONDITION EQUAL TO OR BETTER THAN EXISTING <br />CONDITIONS UNLESS SPECIFICALLY EXEMPTED BY THE PLANS. <br />15, ALL DISTURBED AREAS THAT ARE NOT TO BE SODDED, ARE TO BE SEEDED AND MULCHED IN ACCORDANCE WITH FDOT STANDARDS.
