<br />Direct Venting Instructions for Through the Wall Installation
<br />With the optional extractor damper the Oven may be installed through
<br />the wall and directly vented outside. The extractor damper.. along with
<br />a customer supplied Exhaust Fan and Chimney, evacuates the heat
<br />from the oven prior to fully opening the product loading doors. When
<br />the doors are opened, the extractor damper and Exhaust Fan are
<br />activated to remove the heat from the Oven,

<br />material, use the appropriate SOUTHERN PRIDE THROUGH THE
<br />WALL INSULATION KIT between the Oven and the Wall,
