R315.1.2 Combination Alarms: combination smoke/carbon monoxide alarms shall be listed and labeled by a <br />Nationally Recognized Testing Laboratory. <br />10. In new construction, smoke detectors shall be hardwired into an A/C electrical power source and shall be <br />equipped with a monitored battery backup. <br />12.
