Remove existing finished floor coverings (ceramic tile, vinyl tile, <br />carpet, etc., complete from within room, including adhesives for new <br />finished flooring <br />2. Remove all existing wall construction shown in dashed lines <br />completely, including all door, hardware and frames. all existing <br />wall mounted items (sing, coat hooks, marker boards, etc.) to be <br />removed and deliver to owner. <br />Remove all applied room finishes from existing walls that are to <br />remain (ceramic tile, vinyl wall covering, etc., field verify) patch, <br />repair and prepare surface as required for new finishes. <br />4. Remove existing wall and base cabinets, shelves, brackets, fasteners, <br />etc. complete from room, field verify, patch and repair wall and <br />floor as required by removals. <br />5. Remove existing suspended ceiling system completely from room, <br />remove all old supports and hangers, field verify. <br />6. Remove existing ceiling mounted items (curtain track, I.v. tracks, <br />monitor brackets, etc.) deliver to the owner or dispose of <br />as directed by the owner. Also see mechanical and electrical <br />drawings for ceiling removal work. <br />7. Remove all accessories (ptd, s.d., shelves, grab bars, etc) deliver <br />all accessories to the owner or dispose of as directed by the owner. <br />8. Remove all wall mounted fixtures, brackets or construction not <br />shown that would interfere with the new construction, finishes, etc. <br />reinstall, delivery to the owner or dispose of as directed by the <br />owner, patch and repair wall as required by all such removals. <br />9. fill and plug all holes in concrete floor full depth of existing slab, <br />as required by remove piping, conduit, etc. see electrical and mechanical <br />drawings for removals. <br />10. Remove existing window/door frame complete from wall, wall to <br />remain, patch and repair wall as required to match existing <br />construction, field verify,olso see floor plan and detail for <br />additional work. <br />ll, Saw cut and remove existing wall construction as required to Install <br />new opening, see floor plan for additional information. <br />12.
