The AHU shall be incapable of restart until the alarm <br />has been cleared at the fire alarm panel. <br />ALL INTERLOCKING SHALL BE THRU SOFTWARE CONTROL <br />AND NOT HARD WIRING. <br />EF Sequence of operations: <br />Run Conditions - Interlocked: <br />The EF shall be interlocked to the O.A. damper of the AHU to <br />run when the damper is opened and to shutdown when the <br />damper is closed. <br />Fan Status: <br />The controller shall monitor the fan status. Alarms shall <br />be provided as follows: <br />Fan Failure: Commanded on. but the status is off. <br />Fan in Hand: Commanded off, but the status is on. <br />EXHAUST FAN <br />OCCUPIED PERIOD <br />30 minutes (adjustable) before the schedule start time of the <br />occupied period of 7:00am to 6:00pm (adjustable) the system <br />shall be indexed to operate. The supply air fan shall be <br />energized. Upon proof of fan operation from acurrent sensor. <br />The outside air damper shall be indexed to the full open position. <br />Upon proof of damper position indicated by an end switch the <br />exhaust fans shall be energized to operate. <br />The compressors shall be modulated/staged to maintain the <br />cooling coil leaving air temperature of 53 degrees F (adjustable). At least <br />one compressor shall operate continuously during this period and <br />its output be modulated to maintain the cooling coilleaving <br />air temperature setpoint. <br />The outside air damper shall be interlocked to the supply air fan to <br />open when the fan is operational and close when the fan stops operating <br />for any reason. <br />The exhaust fans shall be interlocked to the O/A damper to operate <br />when the dmaper is opened and to shutdown when the damper is <br />closed for any reason. <br />UNOCCUPIED PERIOD <br />At the beginning of the unocuppied period of 6:00pm to 7:00am <br />(adjustable) the O/A damper shall be closed and shall remain closed. <br />The exhaust fan shall shut down and remain denergized. The suplly air fan <br />and compressors shall maintain the unoccupied temperature and humidity <br />setpoints of 80 degree F and 65% RH (adjustable). <br />FA <br />AIR HANDLER UNIT <br />CEILING ASSEMBLY <br />(SEE ARCH.
