CONTRACTOR SHALL CONNECT WATER AND WASTE PIPING TO EQUIPMENT <br />FURNISHED BY THE OWNER OR IN ANOTHER DIVISION OF THIS CONTRACT <br />AS REQUIRED FOR COMPLETE OPERATION. <br />5. MAKE ALL OFFSETS REQUIRED AS PER JOB CONDITIONS. <br />6. CONTRACTOR SHALL COORDINATE AT SITE WITH EXISTING STRUCTURE <br />AND OTHER TRADES BEFORE INSTALLATION OF PLUMBING WORK. <br />7. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL KEEP A SET OF MARKED UP DRAWINGS <br />AS THE JOB PROGRESSES. NO MAJOR CHANGE SHALL BE MADE TO <br />PLUMBING DESIGN/ENGINEERING UNLESS IT HAS BEEN COORDINATED, <br />DRAWN, AND SUBMITTED FOR APPROVAL TO THE ARCHITECT. <br />8. CONTRACTOR SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO EXISTING <br />PIPING, FIXTURES OR EQUIPMENT DUE TO NEW CONSTRUCTION AND <br />HE SHALL RESTORE EXISTING WORK TO ITS ORIGINAL CONDITION AT NO <br />COST TO THE OWNER. <br />9. ALL PLUMBING WORK SHALL BE PERFORMED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE FLORIDA <br />BUILDING CODE, 2007 EDITION WITH THE 2009 SUPPLIMENTS AS WELL AS LOCAL <br />ORDINANCES AND IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE ENERGY CONSERVATION CODE. <br />10. CONTRACTOR SHALL FURNISH AND INSTALL SHOCK ABSORBERS ON PIPING <br />SERVING FIXTURES AND EQUIPMENT WITH QUICK CLOSING VALVES. SIZE OF <br />SHOCK ABSORBERS SHALL BE ACCORDING TO PDI STANDARDS. <br />11. CONTINUITY OF SERVICES: EXISTING BUILDING WILL REMAIN IN USE DURING <br />CONSTRUCTION OPERATIONS. WHEN AN INTERRUPTION OF AN EXISTING SERVICE <br />IS NECESSARY, CONTRACTOR SHALL COORDINATE WITH AUTHORIZED HOSPITAL <br />PERSONNEL BEFORE MAKING THE NECESSARY INTERRUPTION. <br />12.
