<br />1. FIRE PROTECTION WORK SHALL BE DESIGNED, INSTALLED, AND TESTED IN ACCORDANCE WITH
<br />NFPA 13 LATEST EDITION OR AS ADOPTED BY THE AUTHORITY HAVING JURISDICTION.
<br />2. INCLUDE ANY INCIDENTAL APPARATUS, APPLIANCES, MATERIAL LABOR AND SERVICES NECESSARY
<br />TO MAKE NEW WORK COMPLETE IN ALL RESPECTS AND FULLY READY FOR OPERATION.
<br />3. MAKE SUCH OFFSETS AND DEVIATIONS FROM WORK SHOWN ON THE DRAWINGS, AS MAY BE

<br />TOOLS, APPLIANCES, SURPLUS MATERIALS, AND SCRAP. ALL IDENTIFIED EXISTING EQUIPMENT TO
<br />BE REMOVED SHALL BE TURNED OVER TO THE OWNER.
<br />16. ALL WORK IS TO BE FREE OF DEFECTS IN WORKMANSHIP AND MATERIALS FOR A PERIOD OF ONE (1)
<br />WHEN CONFLICTS OCCUR IN SPECIFICATIONS OR IN THE DRAWINGS, OR BETWEEN EITHER, THE ITEMS
<br />OF GREATER QUANTITY OR HIGHER COST SHALL BE PROVIDED.
<br />17. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL COORDINATE WORK WITH OTHER TRADES IN ORDER TO AVOID CONFLICTS.
<br />18. COORDINATE EXACT LOCATION OF SPRINKLERS AND PIPING WITH CEILING, ELECTRICAL,
<br />MECHANICAL, AND STRUCTURAL ELEMENTS OF BUILDING. MAKE MODIFICATIONS WITHOUT
