FAN STATUS IS <br />BASED ON A FEEDBACK STATUS SIGNAL FROM THE SUPPLY FAN VFD MONITORING ACTUAL DRIVE OUTPUT LEVEL THE MAKE-UP OUTSIDE AIR <br />UNIT OAU-1, THE AHU DX COOLING STAGES, AND THE ASSOCIATED EXHAUST FANS WILL REMAIN OFF UNTIL THE SUPPLY FAN STATUS IS <br />PROVEN. <br />ON INITIAL START-UP, A WARM-UP/COOL-DOWN CYCLE IS INITIATED IF THE RETURN AIR TEMPERATURE IS BELOW/ABOVE AN ADJUSTABLE <br />SETPOINT. THE WARM-UP/COOL-DOWN CYCLE WILL CONTINUE UNTIL THE SETPOINT IS SATISFIED, OR MAY BE DISABLED AT THE START OF <br />SCHEDULED OCCUPANCY. DURING THIS CYCLE, THE MAKE-UP OUTSIDE AIR UNIT OAU-1 AND THE ASSOCIATED EXHAUST FANS WILL REMAIN <br />OFF. <br />ONCE REQUESTED TO RUN, THE SUPPLY FAN VFD IS ENABLED AND RAMPS UP TO A MINIMUM OUTPUT. ONCE THE SUPPLY FAN STATUS IS <br />PROVEN, THE VFD OUTPUT WILL MODULATE AS REQUIRED TO MAINTAIN DUCT STATIC PRESSURE SETPOINT BASED ON A SENSOR LOCATED <br />2/3 DOWN THE SUPPLY DUCT RUN. A HARD -WIRED SUPPLY AIR STATIC PRESSURE HIGH LIMIT SWITCH WILL SHUT DOWN THE SUPPLY FAN VFD <br />IF THE PRESSURE EXCEEDS 4.0 IN.W.C. <br />WHEN OPERATING IN THE OCCUPIED MODE, THE MAKEUP OUTSIDE AIR UNIT OAU-1 AND THE ASSOCIATED EXHAUST FANS WILL OPERATE <br />CONTINUOUSLY. THE DX COOLING STAGES WILL SEQUENCE ON AS REQUIRED TO MAINTAIN SUPPLY AIR TEMPERATURE SETPOINT. THE <br />SETPOINT CAN BE RESET BASED ON DEMAND FROM THE VAV ZONES SERVED. <br />ALARMS: <br />1. OAU-1 IN HAND -ON OPERATION. <br />NOTE <br />THIS SEQUENCE OF OPERATION IS PROVIDED TO CLARIFY THE EXISTING CONTROLS SYSTEM OPERATION. THE NEW EQUIPMENT SHALL BE <br />CONNECTED TO THE EXISTING ENERGY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM, AS REQUIRED FOR A COMPLETE AND OPERATIONAL SYSTEM.
