FLOOR PLANS INDICATING LOCATION AND AREA SERVED FOR ALL DISTRIBUTION. <br />45. OPERATIONS AND MAINTENANCE (OEM) MANUALS: PROVIDE TWO COPIES OF OPERATIONS AND MAINTENANCE MANUALS TO THE BUILDING OWNER IN HARD COPY AND ELECTRONIC <br />FORMAT. HARD COPIES SHALL BE COMPILED AND ORGANIZED IN A BINDER. THE MANUALS SHALL INCLUDE, AT A MINIMUM, THE FOLLOWING: <br />A. SUBMITTAL DATA STATING EQUIPMENT RATING AND SELECTED OPTIONS FOR EACH PIECE OF EQUIPMENT REQUIRING MAINTENANCE, <br />B. OPERATING AND MAINTENANCE MANUALS FOR EACH PIECE OF EQUIPMENT REQUIRING MAINTENANCE. REQUIRED ROUTINE MAINTENANCE ACTIONS SHALL BE CLEARLY <br />IDENTIFIED. <br />C. NAMES AND ADDRESSES OF AT. LEAST ONE QUALIFIED SERVICE AGENCY. <br />D. WARRANTY INFORMATION. <br />46. WARRANTY: THE ENTIRE ELECTRICAL SYSTEM INSTALLED UNDER THIS CONTRACT SHALL BE HANDED OVER IN PROPER WORKING ORDER. ANY WORK OR MATERIALS WHICH <br />DEVELOP DEFECTS, EXCEPT FROM ORDINARY WEAR AND TEAR, WITHIN ONE YEAR FROM THE DATE OF FINAL ACCEPTANCE SHALL BE REPLACED WITHOUT CHARGE.
