<br />FOR THE APPLICATION AND SHALL BEAR A UL LABEL.
<br />10. CONTRACTOR SHALL GUARANTEE ALL WORK FOR A PERIOD OF ONE YEAR FROM DATE OF OWNER'S
<br />ACCEPTANCE. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL RECTIFY ANY DEFECTS DUE TO FAULTY MATERIALS OR
<br />WORKMANSHIP AND PAY FOR DAMAGE CAUSED BY FAILURE AND REWORK. THE OWNER WILL GIVE
<br />NOTICE OF DEFECTS WITH REASONABLE PROMPTNESS AFTER DISCOVERY. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL
