The contractor shall take and distribute minutes of the meeting to <br />those in attendance within five working days thereafter. <br />1.04 WARRANTY <br />A. See Section 01 78 36 Warrantees, Guarantees and Bonds. <br />B. Provide a five year Manufacturer's Warrantee to repair or replace <br />defective material. <br />C. Provide a two year Warrantee to repair or replace materials due to <br />defective installlation. <br />PART 2 PRODUCTS <br />2.01 COILING COUNTER DOORS <br />A. Coiling Counter Doors, Non -Fire -Rated: Aluminum slat curtain. <br />1. Mounting: As indicated on the Drawings. <br />2. Provide integral frame, sill, and counter of some material and finish. <br />3. Nominal Slat Size: 1-1/4 inches wide. <br />4. Slat Profile: Flat. <br />5. Guides: Formed track; same material and finish unless otherwise <br />indicated. <br />6. Hood: Manufacturer's standard, finished to match curtain. <br />7. Electric operation. <br />8. Locking Devices: Provide door 3 button control station with keyed <br />lockout for the motorized door; end lock required (refer to Part 3 for <br />Installation of end lock). <br />2.02 MATERIALS <br />A. Curtain Construction: Interlocking, single thickness slats. <br />1. Slat Ends: Alternate slats fitted with end locks to act as wearing <br />surface in guides and to prevent lateral movement. <br />2. Curtain Bottom: Fitted with angles to provide reinforcement and <br />positive contact in closed position. <br />3. Steel Slats: ASTM A653/A653M galvanized steel sheet, with <br />minimum G90/Z275 coating; minimum thickness 22 gage, 0.03 inch. <br />4. Aluminum Slats: ASTM B221 (ASTM B221 M), aluminum alloy Type <br />6063; minimum thickness 0.05 inch. <br />B. Guide Construction: Continuous, of profile to retain door in place, with <br />mounting brackets of same metal. <br />1. Guides for Galvanized Curtains: ASTM A36/A36M steel angles, size <br />as indicated, hot -dip galvanized per ASTM A123/A123M. <br />2.
