If you, as the owner sign as the contractor, <br />you are indicating that you, rather than the contractor, are resp~nsible for the w~rk. If the c~ntractor wishes you to sign <br />as contract~r that lay be an indication that he is not pr~perly licensed and is not entitled to perlitting privileges in the <br />City of Zephyrhills. <br /> <br />C.
