Upon completion of <br />construction. the Contractor shall clear the lot of construction <br />debris and fine grade the construction area to permit the in- <br />stallation of lawn and shrubs without the necessity of further <br />work, unless otherwise agreed to on the specification sheet. <br /> <br />6. Contractor shall proceed with construction expeditiously and <br />with due diligence in a good and workmanlike manner to complete <br />construction within 150 calendar days. In the event that con- <br />struction shall be delayed due to changes in plans, specifica- <br />tions. strikes, non-availability of materials, prolonged incli- <br />ment weather, or any other cause beyond the Contractors control, <br />there shall be a reasonable extension of time for completion of <br />construction and the Contractor shall be held harmless. <br /> <br />7. ALLOWANCES. The following represents cost based on normal <br />construction techniques utilizing quality materials and labor <br />and are included in the CONTRACT SUM.
