The CONTRACTOR <br /> <br />will be solely responsible for and have control over the <br /> <br />construction means, methods, techniques, sequences, and procedures <br /> <br />and for coordinating all portions of the work under the contract; <br /> <br />D. CONTRACTOR shall be responsible to the OWNER for <br /> <br />acts and omissions of the CONTRACTOR'S employees, subcontractors <br /> <br />and their agents and employees and other persons ,performing <br /> <br />portions of the work under a contract with the CONTRACTOR; <br />E. the CONTRACTOR shall keep the premises and <br /> <br />surrounding area free from accumulation of waste materials or <br /> <br />rubbish caused by its operations. At completion of the work, the <br />CONTRACTOR shall remove from and about the project waste material, <br /> <br />rubbish, the CONTRACTOR'S tools, construction equipment, machinery, <br /> <br />and surplus materials; <br /> <br />F. the OWNER shall have access to the work for <br /> <br />inspection by its agents and employees at reasonable times, <br />provided however that such inspections shall not interfere with the <br /> <br />orderly progress of the work; <br /> <br />G. the CONTRACTOR shall provide general liability <br /> <br />insurance, <br /> <br />automobile <br /> <br />liability <br /> <br />insurance, <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />workers' <br /> <br />compensation insurance as required and specified in the OWNER'S <br /> <br />"Insurance Requirements for Contractors" in the bid requirements; <br /> <br />H. the CONTRACTOR shall provide performance and payment <br /> <br />bonds in compliance with the OWNER'S Instructions to Builders which <br /> <br />are a part of the bid requirements in the full amount of the <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />4 <br />
