<br />6,) The contract price of$18,354.12 shall be paid to the BUILDER as follows: <br /> <br />$2,000,00 at contract signing <br />$2,500.00 at slab pour <br />$3,000.00 at lintel pour <br />$3,000.00 at dry-in <br />$3,000,00 at electrical and mechanical rough-in <br />$3,000,00 at drywall finish/painting 90% complete <br />$1,854,12 at Certificate of Occupancy <br /> <br />CHANGES DURING CONSTRUCTION <br /> <br />7,) OWNER shall be allowed during construction to make changes in the plans and <br />specifications, Said changes MUST be in writing and signed by the BUILDER and <br />OWNER. An administration charge of $50,00 may be charged by the BUILDER for <br />each change requested, Any changes requiring additional costs must be paid for at that <br />time, If the change requires a deletion, the BUILDER shall credit the amount agreed <br />upon to the contract price. <br /> <br />8,) It is the OWNERS responsibility to review and SIGN a final copy of all plans and <br />specifications prior to commencement of work by the BUILDER. The BUILDER shall <br />not be responsible for anything deleted from those plans and specifications IF NOT <br />SIGNED BY OWNER. This contract contains the ENTIRE AGREEMENT between both <br />parties, ANY matters discussed during negotiations but not included specifically in these <br />plans and specifications are EXCLUDED, <br /> <br />9,) The contract price shall remain in effect for a period of 30 days from the date of <br />contract signing. If commencement of work has not begun within that time there may be <br />an increase in price, if through no fault of the BUILDER, cost increases are i,ncurred for <br />labor and/or materials, Any increase shall be determined by the BUILDER at the time of <br />commencement and shall be submitted to OWNER in writing, Should BUILDER <br />require a price increase, OWNER shall have the option to cancel contract within 10 <br />calendar days via written notice to BUILDER. Any deposit made to BUILDER shall be <br />returned to OWNER within 10 calendar days of receipt of written notice, <br /> <br />10,) OWNER shall be personally liable for all amounts due BUILDER per this <br />contract. Any amounts due shall accrue interest at a rate of 12% per annum from date due <br />until paid, Should it become necessary for BUILDER to collect said payments through <br />an attorney, OWNER hereby agrees to pay all reasonable fees associated with such <br />collections, including, but not limited to attorney fees, <br /> <br />11.) The words "OWNER" and "BUILDER" herein employed shall be construed to be <br />the plural as well as the singular, <br />
