<br />CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT <br /> <br />This contract entered into this 19th day of July, 1996, between Jack McCartney, <br />hereinafter referred to as OWNER, and Centre-Mark Corporation" a State Certified <br />General Contractor (lic, # CGC043354), hereinafter referred to as BUILDER, in <br />consideration for the promises, covenants, and agreements contained hereafter, hereby <br />agree to the following: <br /> <br />1,) BUILDER shall be required to construct the addition as per the attached, signed <br />blueprints and specification list indicate, furnishing labor, material, and services as <br />described below and/or attached herewith on the following real property located <br />in Pasco County, Florida, legally described as: E 1/2 of Tract 3, Zephyrhills Colony Co, <br />Lands commonly called Yingling's Addition, Plat Book 2, Page 16, Pasco County <br />records, <br /> <br />And to construct said structure in a workmanlike manner for the price and terms set <br />forth below. <br /> <br />ADDITION PRICE PER A TT ACHED SPECIFICATIONS <br /> <br />$18,354.12 <br /> <br />2.) BUILDER shall pay for building permits and government inspections necessary for <br />the completion of this project. <br /> <br />3,) BUILDER shall strive and diligently seek to complete construction within 150 <br />calendar days from actual ground breaking, Should this time schedule be delayed due to <br />government authority, weather, vandalism, acts of the owner, or change orders submitted <br />by same, the time for completion shall be extended by the amount of time caused by <br />such delay, <br /> <br />4.) BUILDER shall provide liability insurance and workman compensation insurance as <br />required by law, including injury or death to workman, OWNER shall provide fire and <br />extended coverage insurance in the amount of the full insurable value of the building <br />and materials during the construction period, <br /> <br />5,) BUILDER shall have exclusive occupancy of said house until OWNER has accepted <br />construction, and full payment under the terms of this contract has been made to <br />BUILDER. If OWNER occupies before acceptance and final payment has been made, <br />said occupancy by OWNER shall be construed as OWNER acceptance and BUILDER <br />shall be entitled to full payment. <br />
