<br />This Air Duct Detector shall be either an ESL Model 609U01 Photoelec-
<br />tronic Detector, Enclosure assembly or an ESL Model609U02 Ionization
<br />Detector, Enclosure assembly,
<br />
<br />The base of the enclosure and the manifold shall be constructed of solid
<br />structural foam, and shall incorporate an air-tight smoke chamber in
<br />compliance with UL268A, Standard for Smoke Detectors for Duct Appli-
<br />cations, The detector enclosure shall be equipped with an integral
<br />mounting base capable of accomodating either a photelectronic or ioniza-
<br />tion detector head and shall be capable of local testing via a magnetic
<br />switch, The clear covers for the enclosure shall be constructed of Lexan,@
