<br />SOUTHWEST FLORIDA WATER MANAGEMENT DISTRICT <br />ENVIRONMENTAL RESOURCE <br />STANDARD GENERAL <br />PERMIT NO. 449944.05 <br /> <br />~ EXPIRATION DATE' September 2, 2002 ~ <br /> <br />PERMIT ISSUE DATE: September 2, 1997 <br /> <br />This permit, issued under the provisions of Chapter 373, Florida Statutes and <br />Florida Administrative Code Rule 40D-40 authorizes the Permittee to perform the <br />work outlined herein and shown by the application, approved drawing(s), plans, <br />and other documents, attached hereto and kept on file at the Southwest Florida <br />Water Management District (District), All construction, operation and <br />maintenance of the surface water management system authorized by this permit <br />shall occur in compliance with Florida Statutes and Administrative Code and the <br />conditions of this permit. <br /> <br />~',: <br /> <br />PROJECT NAME: <br /> <br />Hess Oil - Zephyrhills <br /> <br />GRANTED TO: <br /> <br />Maverick Management, Inc. <br />10261 W Broward Boulevard <br />Plantation, FL 33324 <br /> <br />ABSTRACT: This permit is for construction of a new Hess Mart conunercial <br />development within the existing Merchant Square Shopping Center, which was <br />permitted (MSSW No. 409944,00) on April 6, 1992, and is presently in operation, <br />The project involves a 3,000 square foot convenience store with appurtenant <br />parking and drainage conveyance facilities which will tie into the existing, <br />previously permitted storm water management system, <br /> <br />Project runoff wil~ be discharged to the' existing, previously permitted system <br />of detention with effluent filtration. No new ponds will be built with this <br />permit. The adequacy of the existing pond was previously demonstrated in MSSW <br />No. 409944,00. There is no riverine floodplain encroachment associated with this <br />project. No net loss of effective historic site storage is expected. There are <br />no wetlands within the project area. <br /> <br />The surface water management system will be maintained and operated by the <br />Permittee. Specific Condition No, 6 has been attached to this permit requiring <br />the Permittee to submit copies of the fee simple deed for the project area to the <br />District, within 90 days of permit issuance, A copy of the executed contract for <br />sale for the project area is part of the File of Record for this permit, No <br />objections to this permit application have been filed at the District office to <br />date. <br /> <br />OP: & MAINT.
