<br />" <br /> <br />ASSEMBLY (Cont'd) <br /> <br />GENERAL <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br />After detennining the size and type of your booth to be employed. ensure that an <br />assembly site is available that meetS the following qualifications: <br /> <br />A. Each <br />component i:5 shown by part letter or number on the assembly drawings. This will aid in <br />determining where the variOUs components are to be installed during assembly. <br /> <br />6. Assemble the booth using the assembly drawing. (Always start with the exhauSI chamber <br />section,) <br /> <br />7. Mount exhaust unit and motOr. Exhaust Unit - ensure that there are no obstructions in <br />the unit thaI would dama2e it. Make cenain that electrical connections have been made <br />properly and that direction of rotation is as indicated. Start exhaust Wlit, <br /> <br />8. Install exhaust piping, Where oore than 25' of piping is required. the static pressure is <br />increased in that air flow may be hindered when using the standard exhaust unit <br />recommended for use with the booth. \\'here a piping arrangement of an unusual nature <br />is employed or where two or more elbows are used, a similar condition my exit. <br />Therefore, if either of these situations arise, contact your local disaibutor or the <br />manufacturer for correct recommendations. <br /> <br />9.
