<br />~ <br /> <br /> <br />'If'. <br /> <br />(, <br />V <br /> <br />Specifications are in accordance with such laws, ordinances, rules and <br />regulations. . <br /> <br />Use of Premises: The Contractor shall confine his equipment, t.he storage <br />of materials and equipment and the operations of his workmen to areas <br />permitted by law, ordinances, or permits and shall not unreasonably <br />encumber the premises with materials or equipment. Materials stored <br />without proper permits shall be promptly relocated upon request by the <br />City at the Contractor's expense. <br /> <br />Suoolementarv Drawings: When, in the opinion of the City, it becomes <br />necessary to explain more fully the work to be done, or to illustrate the <br />work further, or to show any changes which may be required, drawings, <br />known as supplementary drawings, with specifications pertaining thereto, <br />will be prepared by the Engineer. <br /> <br />The supplementary drawings shall be binding upon the Contractor with <br />the same force as the drawings. Where such supplementary drawings <br />require either less or more than the estimated quantities of work. credit to <br />the City or compensations therefore to the Contractor shall be subject to <br />the terms of the agreement. <br /> <br />Cleaning: The Contractor shall keep the premises free from <br />accumulations of waste materials, rubbish and other debris resulting from <br />the work, and at the completion of the work he shall remove all waste <br />materials, rubbish, and debris from and about the premises as well as all <br />tools, construction equipment and machinery, anq surplus materials, and <br />shall leave the site clean and ready for occupancy by the City. The <br />Contractor shall restore to their original condition those portions of the site <br />for alteration by the Contract Documents. <br /> <br />Indemnification: The Contractor assumes entire responsibility and liability <br />and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the City and Its <br />representatives from loss or damage sustained, or allegedly sustained, by <br />any person or property arising out of, or claimed to have been caused by <br />or arisen out of, the sole, joint, or concurrent negligence of the Contractor <br />and/or the City, connected with the performance of the work hereunder <br />and agrees to pay all damages, losses, costs and expenses, Including <br />attorney's fees allegedly arising in any way out of the performance of the <br />work hereunder by the Contractor and its agents and employees or its <br />Subcontractors, their agents and employees, including but not limited to <br />the following: <br /> <br />All injl.lries to persons (including fatal injuries); <br />.. <br /> <br />G <br /> <br />17 <br /> <br />"\ ,'I' <br />
