<br />4-8 <br /> <br />G. Where turns are required in the exit lane, the minimum <br />distance from any drive-up station to the beginning point of the <br />curve shall be 34 feet. The minimum inside turning radius shall <br />be 25 feet. <br /> <br />4234. Clear Sight Triangle <br /> <br />In order to provide a clear view of intersecting streets to the <br />motorist, there shall be a triangular area of clear visibility <br />formed by two intersecting streets or the intersection of a <br />driveway and a street. The following standards shall be met: <br /> <br />A. A clear sight triangle is required to maintain a minimum <br />of 200 feet sight distance for motorists at all intersections of <br />roadways or roadways and driveways. <br /> <br />B. The clear sight triangle must be free from obstruction <br />such as vehicles, walls, fences, plants, or landscape materials <br />in excess of 30 inches above the abutting roadway. <br /> <br />The above provisions shall not apply to the intersection of an <br />alley and a street. At each intersection of an alley and street, <br />each landowner must maintain a setback of no less than 10 feet <br />from right-of-way of streets and alleys. The setback area must <br />be maintained free from sight obstruction by vehicles, walls, <br />fences, plants, landscaping materials, or other opaque objects in <br />excess of 30 inches above the abutting roadway. <br /> <br />4240. Off-Street Parking and Loading <br /> <br />4241. Intent <br /> <br />It is the intent of these standards to ensure the appropriate <br />location and quantity of off-street parking and to ensure that <br />all developments provide for adequate and safe storage and <br />movement of vehicles consistent with good site design principles. <br /> <br />4242. Applicability <br /> <br />The provisions of this section shall apply to all development <br />approved commencing with the effective date of this Code. The <br />provisions of this section shall apply to redevelopment, or <br />amendments to existing development approvals, as follows: <br /> <br />A. All parking lot development shall be done in accordance <br />with this section. <br /> <br />B. For those uses not specifically mentioned herein, <br />off-street parking shall be provided on the basis of the parking <br />requirements of comparable uses, in the judgement of the Building <br />Official. <br /> <br />C. Where a building has a change in use which requiFes <br />additional parking, such use shall not be licensed until <br />
