The Permittee shall retain the design engineer, or other profeSSional engineer registered in <br />Florida, to conduct on-site observations of construction and assist with the as-built certification <br />requirements of this project. The Permittee shall inform the District in writing of the name, address <br />and phone number of the professional engineer so employed.
