Main Street <br />director needed to provide more details about the event and how staffing will be handled. <br /> <br />Eiland Park Town Homes <br />1. Provide as-built plans for the utilities. <br />2. The wet well needs to be lifted / a wall around it. <br />3. Provide an entryway detail, landscape / irrigation plan prior to approval of final <br />plat by City Council. <br />4. Provide Mylar with signatures prior to the Planning Commission meeting <br />(4/25/06). <br />5. Provide Performance bond ($181,537.18) to the City. Upon completion of <br />improvements provide maintenance bond of 15% of infrastructure costs. A <br />subdividers agreement / requirements was handed out that this information <br />should be submitted in compliance with, <br />6, No CO's will be issued until Massey Rd is completed. Provide County ROW use <br />permit prior to approval of final plat by City Council. <br />7. Submit final plat review fee of$250.00, <br />Staff recommended proceeding on to the April 25th Planning Commission for approval.
