<br />SIGMA 34 & 40 INSTALLATION, TEST AND <br />ACCEPTANCE PROCEDURE <br />ITA-34-902130 Rev J <br /> <br />Perry Baromedical Corporation <br /> <br />3.1 Pressurization supply line. <br />3.1.1 Open pressurizing gas isolation valve. <br />3.1.2 Check all interconnect lines and fittings for any leaks - tighten as necessary. <br />3. 1.3 Close isolation valve. <br /> <br />3.2 Exhaust Line <br />3.2.1 Check that exhaust line is connected to the chamber and the wall connection and <br />clamps are installed. (Single exhaust per chamber) <br /> <br />3.3 Ground Wire <br />3.3.1 Check that the ground wire is properly connected to the chamber and to the facility <br />wall connection. <br /> <br />Initials: Perry ~ Customer [~ <br /> <br />4.0 PRESSURIZATION AND EXHAUST SYSTEM <br />4.1 Check that main pressurization supply is turned on to chamber. <br />4.2 Tum system on. Verify that door interlock switch is operating satisfactorily. (No Oxygen <br />flow unless door is closed.) <br />4.3 C10se chamber door. <br />4.4 Close vent rate control knob. <br />4.5 Set the rate control knob for Maximum Flow. <br />4.6 Set the set pressure control knob to approximately 31 psig. <br />4.7 Check that chamber pressure starts to increase. <br />4.8 Adjust chamber pressure to 30 psig. <br />NQIE: Chamber pressure will be approximately 1 psig less than set pressure. <br />. 4.9 Demonstrate operation of Exhaust Bypass button. <br /> <br />Initials: Perry vA:.
